Raise your hands if you love pancakes! I raised both of mine. I sure miss our weekend breakfast adventures. Long Island has so many diners and since we are still relatively new-ish to the area, we are having fun exploring local restaurants one breakfast at the the time. Times have changed and eating out is not really an option right now, I am getting creative in the kitchen with my kids.

Hello another day! Friends, I hope you are having a great week so far. I have to say … even though we are at home, days seem to be just zooming by! Anyone else feels this way? It has been almost 4 weeks of the new normal – social distancing & self-isolation. For those of us working from home, it has definitely been a learning curve!
