If you are tired of starting over, stop giving up! Have you heard that line before? I think I stole that from Autumn Calabrese and her 21 day fix video (which btw is an amazing program). But here I am once more off the fitness wagon.
I ran a half marathon on May 1st, and after I decided to take few days off. This break turned into weeks, and now months. I haven’t gained that much weight, but I feel gross and tired. Working out gives you energy and makes you feel better about pretty much everything. Yesterday I decided to try Orange Theory Fitness. I loved it. I am hoping to stick with this new fitness regimen for the summer months… since I hate feeling like jello in the bikini (YUCK!).
Since I am actually leaving the house to work out, I decided to up my fitness wardrobe just a bit hehe… Have you seen AlbionFit? Their workout clothes and swimwear are so amazing. My floral print leggins are amazing (c/o Albionfit) …not only super cute, but also so comfy! Ideal for strenuous workouts.
How do you stay in shape? What’s your favorite workout class/ club? Please do share! And don’t forget to scroll to the bottom for more affordable athletic options.

I loooove this post!! My 45 minutes 4-5 times a week are crucial, mostly to my mental well being. I don’t have a fancy gym, it’s very VERY basic BUT it has DAYCARE ????????????????????????. It makes going to the gym so easy and doable!!! I do spin 2-3 times a week and les mills body class the other cpl of days :-))))). Love the workout gear!! Need to step out of my comfort zone and try new lines, going to look into this one 🙂

I ran a full marathon years ago and the same thing happened where I didn’t exercise for months after. Now I just don’t make huge goals and work out regularly and it’s much easier to squeeze in 30-45 min high intensity workouts! These cute workout clothes would definitely be extra motivation though, I love those leggings!
Cheers!
