    I’d love to join you in the July abs challenge.
    Do you show how to do the exercises or is there a warm up ?? Sorry about all the questions!

      Hi. I don’t do a warm up. Sometimes I will do my ab workout after my run, but most of the time I just do it in my pjs right before bed. I will be posting some sample workouts here in the post, so keep checking for updates. XX, Anna
