Happy Saturday, friends. I cannot believe we are in September, it’s Labor Day weekend and the kiddos go back to school on Tuesday! It’s a jam-packed start of the weekend, but it’s not a Saturday without a new Target Try-On. This morning, I am sharing some workwear inspired outfits which have been highly requested and casual looks as well.
And if you really love Target, you should totally join my private FB group – Blushing Rose Style Target Finds where I share all my finds – from fashion, home goods, home decor to the most unique finds. So many of you have asked which strapless bras are the best for camis and tanks. This week on the blog, I wrote a post about my favorite ones which you can read in THIS post.
This outfit could absolutely work in the corporate/ office setting. It’s casual, yet put together and so comfortable. I am wearing size xs in this cardigan. It is oversized, so soft and trust me when I say, it will become your go-to cardigan this season. The color is gorgeous and is available in three additional color ways. I love the longer length, it has pockets and the fabric is not itchy. This cami has been a top seller for a while now, it’s from Nordstrom but it’s on sale and under $25. It’s care is very low maintenance and will last you for seasons to come. I am wearing size xs and the straps are adjustable. The showstopper of this outfit are these pants. They are actually joggers and feel like sweatpants but because of their fabric and plaid style, they are more dressy which makes them appropriate for workwear. I am wearing size xs. The mules are back in stock and I sized up my half size.
Styling the same pants with this oversized neutral sweater. I love this color and the fabric is not itchy. I am wearing size small. The flats have been restocked and are a great, comfortable workwear option. I did size up by half size.
This sweater definitely works with leggings. Speaking of which, I am wearing the Spanx faux leather leggings and incase you missed it, in THIS post I review the top 5 faux leather leggings on the market. I talk about their fit, style and price point so you can see which pair would work best for you. The mules have been restocked and I sized up by half size.
This poncho is one size fits all and the olive green color is stunning. What I love about this poncho is it has actual arm holes and I think it’s definitely a piece made for leggings and skinny jeans. It’s soft and the fabric is not itchy. It looks great styled with or without a long tee, with mules or with boots. Definitely a cozy versatile piece for Fall.
I grabbed this sweater last week in a beautiful orange color, but I’m naturally drawn to more neutral colors so I knew I wanted it in white as well. It has really great tunic length and is made for skinny jeans and leggings. The fabric is so cozy and soft. I am wearing size small. And even though these jeans aren’t skinny, I think the wash and boyfriend style look so good paired with the sweater and booties . I am wearing size 2 in the jeans and the booties fit tts.
As you can see, the sweater is perfect for leggings – the length is just so good!
These pants have been one of the most popular Target items I have ever shared, but I wanted to show how nicely they styled with this sweater. They are high waisted, have an elastic waistband, side zipper and have a cropped length. I am wearing size 2.
This soft turtleneck is such a great wardrobe staple, available in 7 colors and only $10. I am wearing size small.
This lightweight cardigan is perfect for layering especially in these transitional months before we start to cool down. It is belted in the back and I am wearing size xs. I sized up by half size in the mules.
