Oversized Sweaters and Ponchos

Fall is officially here and one of my favorite things about it is all the cozy pieces. I love oversized sweaters and ponchos are always on the top of my list when it comes to styles for fall or winter. I hope this post provides you with some inspiration for your fall wardrobe.

Styling Oversized Sweaters & Ponchos

I initially purchased this sweater in a rust/orange color that I shared in THIS post featuring my September Amazon finds. Naturally, I’m drawn to neutral color palettes so when I saw that it came in white, I knew I had to have it. For a slouchier/oversized fit I chose to size up to a medium. I am planning on styling this mostly with leggings and the length is absolutely perfect. For an Amazon sweater, the quality is really good! It’s fabric is very soft, has ribbed texture and reminds me of a similar version by Free People. 

LEGGINGS // SNEAKERS

This sweater poncho is available in two sizes: regular and plus. The color and fabric is gorgeous. It’s a great option to style for the office as well. 

BOOTS

This is the sweater poncho of my dreams. The green color is absolutely gorgeous and the fabric is thick and amazing quality. I love the over sized button detail and turtleneck. I am wearing xs. Wear it alone, or layer a long tee like this one for when the temperature gets cooler. 

HAT

This cozy sweater has total Free People vibes and I sized up to a medium for length. I love the oversized neckline and the fabric is very soft. The color is called light brown. 

This is considered a sweater dress but, you could totally style it with leggings an oversized sweater. I sized up to a medium for length, I am 5’7 for height reference. While the fabric is thick, it is not as chunky as it appears on the site. I also want to make note of the pockets. They do stick out a bit, but otherwise I think this is a great oversized sweater option. 

 BOOTS

This poncho is from Target and I loved it so much that I purchased it in two colors. It is one size fits all and what I love about this one is it actually has arm holes giving it a wearable shape. It looks great with leggings and skinny jeans.
