Happy September! Who needs a little fitness motivation? We always have so much fun with our fitness challenges and that I decided to commit to doing 5 mins of abs a day for 30 days. Who is with me?
September Abs Challenge
Commit to just 5 minutes a day and do the work. I will be posting daily check ins on social media, and if you feel like sharing on social, make sure to tag me. We can hold each other accountable. If I can do it, you can do it. By the time the month is over we will complete 150 min…that’s 2.5 hrs of abs! I will be sharing some sample routines on my stories through out the month that I do, but I personally use Peloton app which is around $13 a month if you wanted to try. You can also google or search Youtube for free workouts as well. The challenge is all about committing to yourself 5 mins of core workout every day. Some exercises listed on the template are just samples and you can mix and match as you go to do a total of 5 minutes. I do not create workouts as I am not a fitness account or licensed professional so it’s not a level of expertise for me. I don’t feel comfortable creating workouts so I rely on experts to do so. I highly recommend Peloton app or Madeline Moves app.
Here is template I will be using to stay on track. You can print it off and keep somewhere visible (like your nightstand) this will be your daily reminder not to miss a workout.
