I have been living in my athleisure wear and workout outfits lately. Have I mentioned, I started taking tennis lessons? It’s been so fun. But, the weather has definitely turned to fall (even the leaves are changing and to be honest I wasn’t expecting them to, down here in the south, haha) Maybe I assumed that it just never really got that cold here. I think I may have brought some of the NY weather with me, I have been told it’s been unusually cold here.
Cozy Sweaters From Nordstrom
I recently placed an order for cozy layers and sweaters. I think it’s time to swap my t-shirts and leggings for cozy sweaters and jeans. I picked up 5 cozy sweaters from Nordstrom which is one of my favorite places to shop. I’ve shopped there for years now. Love that Nordstrom caters to all budgets and style preferences from casual to dressy; men, women and kids. They have amazing customer service with free shipping and free returns.
When searching for cozy pieces, Free People is usually my first stop. I fell in love with this oversized, chunky Free People cardigan. It has pockets and oversized buttons. It does run big, like most pieces in this brand – I’m in size xs. One of my other favorite sweaters from the brand this season is the peaches tunic. The bodysuit and faux leather skinny pants are both from Spanx and are exactly what you would expect from the brand. The bodysuit is a great wardrobe staple. It’s smoothing and holds you in (shaping and smoothing effect). While the pants are a splurge, they do live up to their name and will last you many seasons. They fit tts, I’m wearing size small. I’m loving these boots way more than I thought I would. They are super comfortable and I sized up half size.
This sweater is so darling. I love the detailing around the collar and sleeves. I’m wearing size small so you can see how its not oversized and it would work well with a skirt or work pants.
How cute is this sweater? It’s so different and I love the cardigan front with the cold shoulder detailing. You can style it casually or dress it up with faux leather pants. It fits tts, I’m wearing size small. Similar booties can be found here.
I love the soft texture of this sweater. I love the soft texture and the tunic length is so good which will make it perfect for leggings. I’m wearing size small. My most worn pair of jeans in the last two years are my Agolde 90s jeans and when I saw them available in black, I knew I wanted to grab them. They are definitely a splurge item but it’s one of my guilty pleasures and the quality is just so good – all my agolde jeans and shorts last season after season. I size up by one size in the Agolde brand. This style has a loose fit and while they may feel tight upon first wear, they will stretch a little bit. Another super cozy sweater. This one has ribbed detailing on the sleeves and bottom trim. It also has slide slits and has a boxy cut. It’s lightweight, comfortable and I’m wearing size small.
