Updated 5 Minute Makeup Routine With Bloomingdale’s
Happy Monday girlies. It has been a while since I posted my makeup routine. And with each season change, I like to add new products to the mix. My skin goes through changes too, it tends to be more dry and dull in the fall/ winter months. I have been loving some new products lately, so i thought it would be a perfect time to share! I will be posting a new 5 Min Makeup video on the instagram stories, I will save it to my highlights so make sure to check it out.
5 for 5- Five Products that make your 5 Minute Makeup Routine a breeze
YSL Top Secret Instant Moisture Glow – This product is a hybrid of a moisturizer, primer and it also blurs out the imperfections on your skin. As I mentioned my skin tends to get dry in the colder months. I also re-introduced retinol to my skincare routine (which makes it even more dry). I have noticed some small dry patches on my face, and it’s just not a cute look. I have been using the YSL Top Secret on top of my skincare. It makes such a big difference. If you experience dryness, I highly recommend adding it to your routine. It makes your skin smooth, soft and makeup ready.
YSL Touche éclat All In One Glow – it’s a water-based, oil-free tinted moisturizer. If you’re looking for a dewey finish, this product is amazing. I would say it’s light to medium coverage. I have been using it as my everyday tinted moisturizer. It provides just enough coverage without being too heavy. And it has a beautiful natural finish. My color is BD40 – Warm Sand. I have also been loving the YSL All Hours Foundation Stick. It’s super convenient for on the go touch ups. The foundation is actually medium to full coverage, so it is perfect for areas of my face that have some discoloration and acne scarring. It’s cream to powder formula leaves the skin with flawless finish. It doesn’t feel heavy or cakey on.
YSL Radiant Tuch Touche éclat – another great on the go, and when you’re in a hurry product. Celebrity makeup artists’ favorite concealer / highlighter pen. My under eye area always requires some extra tlc (even when I get a full night of restful sleep). I love the pen/ brush applicator.
YSL Volume Effet Faux Cils Luxurious Mascara– OMG…You girls know I am a mascara snob. I have heard so much about this one. And I have to tell you, it totally lives up to the hype. I am a big fan of using primer before the mascara application, but to be honest, you really do not need it with this mascara. If you buy only one new makeup product, make it this one! Also, great news! Bloomingdale’s currently offers a gift set mascara & lipstick for the price of mascara! Available HERE.
YSL RougePur Couture The Slim – Matte lipsticks are trending again this season. I have been on a hunt for a beautiful blush lippie for a while. I needed something with just enough pigment, but without the powdery Barbie doll color. I finally found The Slim in 024 Rare Rose. Gorgeous color, looks great on all skin tones and it lasts!!!
