First blog post of 2022 – Happy New Year, friends. I hope you all enjoyed the holiday season. It’s that time where we all start making new year resolutions, am I right? This year I’m trying something new, something different. Instead of making a year long commitment, I’m going to start focusing on monthly goals. My goals will revolve around my work, personal growth and lifestyle. Do you set monthly goals? Let me know in comments.
I’m starting this year focusing on my health and fitness. I took a break over the holidays from working out and it felt so good being lazy and cozy with my family. However, I am excited to get back into routine and I have some exciting ideas for us – How about a squat challenge? You can see what we did last year in THIS post.
The weather has been so unpredictable so staying warm and active can be a challenge. One day it’s in the 30s, the next high 70s. I find that I’m more successful with my fitness commitments when I have the proper gear. My go to place is definitely Backcountry. I have shopped there for years.
