I am not sure about you guys, but I have to admit I am so bad with family pictures. Most pics of my kiddos are stored on my phone. I feel so guilty over not having family albums. I finally scheduled a family picture photo session and it was on Saturday. It happened to be the coldest day this season. I mean, you should have been there to hear John complain. But I came to the realization that the cold weather season is officially here, and there is no turning back. I am glad I have already invested in few winter coats, so I thought it would make sense for me to share this post with you all.

I just picked up this faux fur collar coat last week. It comes in 3 color options (DEFINITELY scroll down for sizing guide). It is so beautiful and I have to admit for the style and quality, it is such a great price point. I also own this one (simple and timeless silhouette), but I have had my eyes on THIS and THIS wrap coat as well. I wore this striped turtleneck  (scroll down for sizing and crew neck option) under. I have to tell you, I absolutely love turtleneck especially this time of the year. It covers my ultra pale skin and wrinkles on my neck 🙁

Chic Faux Fur Collar Coat -Sizing Guide

I am wearing this coat in size US4 and it has a fitted silhouette. I would say US4 fits like a true 0. I am wearing a thin layering turtleneck under, so it fits fine. If you plan on wearing this coat in a thick of cold winter months (and plan on layering with chunky sweaters), I would recommend sizing up. I also have this coat in size 2 (if you’re on the market for more traditional coat).

This striped turtleneck runs small ( I am wearing S), I also have this tissue turtleneck in white for layering. If turtleneck is not your thing, this striped one also comes in a crew neck option (it has a buttery silky softness to it).
