Hey friends. I am so excited for today’s blog post because I am trying to get back on the fitness wagon again and nothing motivates me more than new workout clothes. Nordstrom has an amazing selection of activewear and great shoe options for whatever sports activity you are into. This week I will be starting the 10 day ab challenge, would you like to join me? It’s so simple to join – just commit to 5 minutes of core workouts a day for 10 consecutive days. Who’s in?
The weather here in South Carolina has been gorgeous so I picked up some new shorts, tank tops and sneakers. I’ll be sharing fit notes on all the outfits I purchased but just as a general rule I always size up in shorts.
The Free People Way Home shorts are definitely a favorite of mine. I now own 4 different print and color options. I am wearing size medium and love the wide high waistband. I not only wear these to work out, but on walks and for my athleisure looks. The Free People tank is really comfy but want to make a note that it doesn’t have a built in bra so you will have to wear a sports bra underneath. The sports bra I’m wearing is from Sweaty Betty and I sized up. If you’re looking for a cute pair of sunglasses these Quay high key sunnies are super comfy. I wear them almost every single day when I drive, walking and I even wear them when I place tennis or go on runs. I find that these stay in place and don’t slide down.
Whether you’re into walking, running or prefer training, Nordstrom has a pair of sneakers for you. For running, my go-t0s are On Cloud and Hoka. I also really like Brooks Ghost. I sized up half size in these.
Other Activewear Looks I’m Loving
This outfit is perfect for an athleisure style or after you finish your workout. The pants are from Zella which is one of my favorite activewear brands sold at Nordstrom. I love the ribbed texture and slide slits. They fit tts, I’m in size small. The Free People tee fits tts, I’m in size xs. The sandals fit tts.
