5 Fitness Finds That Keep Me Going

Happy Sunday girls.

We are heading out of town for the day to visit with our friends. The

kids are so excited to have another day off school. We are just slowly getting back on track with our regular routines. While I am still procrastinating decluttering and organizing our home. Here few of my home purchases:

– Home Edit acrylic organizers available exclusively at Walmart
– Makeup Brush holder
– 3 drawer acrylic organizer from Target

Did you set up any new fitness goals? I am running a 5 min abs challenge on my IG page. It’s just 5 min a day, would love for you to join me. Nothing motivates me more to workout more

than new workout clothes. If you are shopping for new gear here are some of my favorite purchases:

– Wunder train tights – these are my go to for

high intensity workouts, they stay in place, hold me in and don’t roll down. I wear size 4.

– Adidas sneakers first of all the color is fantastic ( I have the red ones), if you’re looking for alternative options. I also

have and love ON Cloud X3 train (tts) and Nike

Metcon (size up).

– Nuun electrolytes – I add these tabs to my water, my favorite flavor is lemon lime. You can get

them at Walmart or on Amazon.

– Adidas jacket – this has been my go to for running errands, going to the gym and more.

– Quilted Carryall – I use this as my gym bag.
