Spring & Summer Trends. I cannot believe summer is almost here! My baby girl is so excited to be done with school, and cannot wait to enjoy her summer by the pool or the beach. With this gorgeous weather upon us, let’s talk about my favorite spring and summer trends.

Dresses- Embroidery Details

I am such a big fan of dresses for the summer. And the embroidery trend is so feminine and simply stunning. I love this Free People dress from Nordstrom. I am wearing the blue color in XS (the dress runs large, so make sure to size down). It comes in 4 colors and I want them all… it is that good. Did I mention it has pockets? Yes, this dress is perfection! I fell in love the embroidery so much, I also picked up this white dress (wearing XS). It is perfect for day time, you can dress it up with block heel sandals for the evening… or wear is as a beach cover up. I wore the dress with my favorite flat Tory Burch sandals in patent leather. These are an investment piece, but they will last for years to come. The quality is amazing. (I found a similar and affordable option HERE).

Statement Clutch

Another spring & summer trend I cannot get enough of – statement clutches. This leopard clutch is one of my favorite purchases of the season. I love the soft color palette (if you prefer the traditional leopard print, THIS clutch is under $50). There are so many cute and affordable statement pieces available at Nordstrom at all price points. This is why it is my favorite shopping destionation! I really like this clutch HERE and HERE.

Camisole, Cardigan & Block Heels

“Cardi & cami” may not be a trend, but it is my signature look hehe. It is perfect for warmer temperatures, because while it may be hot outside, as soon as you step a foot inside any coffee shop or restaurant, you will be freezing. So having that extra layer in the form of a cute cardigan is a must. This one is super light and airy. I also own THIS one, which I wear all the time (and it is on SALE), and THIS one is on my wish list, as I love the frayed hemline.

I also wanted to mention my all time favorite block heel sandals (available in this taupe color HERE and additional 10 colors HERE ). At this point I own them in 4 colors (I went up half size). I find them to be comfortable, especially considering the height of the heel. So if you’re on the market for block heel sandals, this pair will not disappoint you!
